Yan Fan to Present Dissertation Seminar “Astrocyte-mediated HIV-1 Tat Neurotoxicity and Its Molecular Mechanisms: Impaired Neurogenesis and Astrocyte Activation”

In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy degree in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Yan Fan will present a seminar entitled, “Astrocyte-mediated HIV-1 Tat Neurotoxicity and Its Molecular Mechanisms: Impaired Neurogenesis and Astrocyte Activation,” on May 2, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in CBH-230. The campus community is invited to attend. A private defense with the advisory committee will immediately follow the seminar.

Ms. Fan is a doctoral candidate in Cell Biology, Immunolgy and Microbiology, under the supervision of Johnny He, Ph.D., Department of Cell Biology and Immunology.
