The competition will consist of 4 activities that each person must participate in:
Push Ups (Tues. 2/10) Jump Rope (Thurs. 2/12) Pull Ups (Tues. 2/17) Burpees (Thurs. 2/19)
This is a 2 week competition starting Tuesday, Feb. 10th and ending February 19th and must be completed between 8am and 5pm the scheduled day.
Prizes awarded to the top finisher for both the male and female division.
