Warm-up:
2 Rounds:
– 20 Jumping Jacks
– 10 Sumo Squats
– 20 Butt kicks
– 20 Mountain Climbers
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 20 bench/box/chair step-ups (10 each leg)
– 20 push-ups or modified push-ups
– 20 Mountain Climbers
– 10 Pull-ups or modified pull-ups IF you have access to a pull-up bar.
