Workout of the Day 6/22/2021

2 Rounds:

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Sumo Squats

20 Butt kicks

20 Mountain Climbers

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

20 bench step-ups (10 each leg)

20 push-ups or bench push-ups

10 pull-ups or modified pull-ups

10 park bench box jumps (please be careful)

Note: don’t jump off the bench, step down carefully.
