Workout: 3 Rounds, 45 sec rest between rounds

Workout part 1:

10x – 3 way lunge

15x – dips

10x – superman

20x – mountain climbers

Workout part 2:

15x – squat jumps

10x – push ups

10x – Single leg reach

15x – situps
