Crab walks 20 ft

Duck walks 20 ft

Bear crawl 20 ft

Public Park: AMRAP in 20 minutes

Run 100 yards (about a football field length or your best guess)

10 Pullups or Modified/Assisted Pullups (jump to get the pullup)

10 Squats

10 Pushups (on a park bench if it needs to be easier)
