People exercise to get fit or feel better, but sometimes activity can lead to injury. One way to reduce that is to warm up properly. Come listen to a presentation by Jenna Lorentsen, SPT (Class of 2018) and Dr. Richardson (PT faculty), as they discuss using a dynamic warm-up approach vs Static Stretching prior to exercise or activity.
