In anticipation of the upcoming Tax Season, Payroll will be sending further notifications as soon as W-2’s are made available. Look for additional announcements coming soon.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to retrieve your W-2 Forms once they are available for download:
o Go to your Employee Portal (https://my.untsystem.edu)
o Login by entering your EUID and password
o Under the Employee Self-Service tab, select the “Payroll” tile
o Click on the “W-2/W-2c Forms” tile. This will direct you to the ADP website where you can download your W-2.

All W-2 Forms will be distributed by January 31st of each calendar year.
