Wellness Wednesday: Refresh – The Art of Power-Napping

Napping and intentional rest can provide a brain boost that helps with problem solving, verbal memory, and learning ? and we?re here to help you make the most out of your naptime! On June 17 from 2:30-3pm in the Group Exercise Room at the Founders? Activity Center (FAC), we will be holding Refresh, a new power nap-focused program. Learn some napping techniques and join us for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Mats, props, water, and snacks will be provided; however, if you would like to get even comfier and cozier, we suggest you BYOB… Bring your own blanket!
