Schedule any of the options below with one of our Health Promotion Associates, Kyle Pawlak or Chelsea Barron, and we will bring our expertise to your office! Healthy habits such as: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Relief, Desk Stretches, And MORE! Presentations will last 20-30 minutes and will help your office be as healthy as it can be!
