In recognition of NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH, if you would like to schedule a workshop for you and your office on: How to Eat Healthier While at Work then contact Kyle Pawlak or Chelsea Barron. Topics can include: Understanding the basics, making healthier food choices while out for lunch, ways to snack healthy, and much MORE. Exercise, Stress Relief, Desk Stretches are also wellness topics that can be covered by our Health Promotion Associates.
