On the evening of Friday, August 5th, spam protection for UNTHSC email will be upgraded and routed differently. High confidence SPAM will be sent to this quarantine. Other junk mail will still be routed to the junk mail or clutter folders in Outlook. Any spam quarantined by the new filter can be reviewed by visiting https://spam.unthsc.edu. You will be prompted to log in with your EUID and HSC password. From there you may Review, Release, or Release and Report as False Positive.
If you receive a quarantined mail notification, and the quarantined mail is not available by visiting https://spam.unthsc.edu , please contact the ITS Helpdesk for assistance.
