UNT System HR introduces Total Rewards Statement

UNT System News – from UNT System Human Resources

UNT World Faculty and Staff:

As part of the UNT System’s commitment to providing compensation packages that are equitable, competitive, strategic and transparent, we are happy to announce the addition of the Total Rewards Statement to the Employee Portal (my.untsystem.edu).

Available as of Monday, Dec. 20, the Total Rewards Statement provides UNT World employees (retirement-eligible faculty and staff in budgeted positions) a first-time view of compensation beyond base salary. The Total Rewards Statement also distinguishes any additional pay, health and retirement plans, vacation and sick leave, faculty/staff scholarship and other benefits, calculating a single figure that represents the total value of your compensation package.

Accessing the Total Rewards Statement is simple. Log in to the Employee Portal with your EUID and password. Upon landing on the Employee Self Service page, locate and click on the “Total Rewards” tile. A screen will appear with a graphical representation of total compensation and a menu on the left with options to drill deeper into each compensation element.

Data on the Total Rewards Statement is reflective of earnings and benefits provided from Sept. 1, 2020, to Aug. 31, 2021. Faculty and staff hired on or after Sept. 1, 2021, will not have a Total Rewards Statement generated until next fiscal year.

For additional resources, including how to contact your campus HR team for questions, visit our new Total Rewards web page. Our employees are our most valued resource and are the reason we continue to excel in all we do.

Thank you.
