Wander down to the EAD Atrium today and try some of Rodeo Goat restaurant’s famous chili, sample dishes from some of UNTHSC’s best chili chefs, vote for your favorite and benefit student scholarships – all for $5! For an extra $3, you also can enter the popular jalapeno-eating contest.
The Eighth Annual Student Affairs Chili Cook-off is 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. today. Be sure and bring a UNTHSC or other photo ID. The $5 meal ticket gets you six sample cups and a chance to vote for the People’s Choice Award, or one bowl of chili, plus all the fixings.
The winning chili chef gets a free stay and restaurant gift certificate at the WinStar World Casino and Resort.
