Emanehi Iyioriobhe, will present “The Public Health of Birth & Loss: Rituals from Around the World” on September 1st, 2016. 1:00 to 1:30 PM in CBH 220.
PDRT – Promoting Diversity in Research Training for Health Professional Students
PDRT is an NIH Research and Training experience for Health Professional Students in Biomedical Research at UNTHSC. The Center for Diversity and International Programs (CDIP) is offering a 10-week research project that combines research in cardiovascular, pulmonary, hematologic and sleep disorders, with a special emphasis on health disparities. In addition, workshops will be provided in mentorship, responsible conduct of research (RCR), experimental design, interprofessional education (IPE) and health disparities.
