The Osteopathic Research Center is now accepting applications for its Summer Program in Clinical Research for first-year TCOM students (Class of 2028).

The Application Form must be received by January 10, 2025.

Program activities involve:

● Didactic sessions on clinical research design
● Journal club sessions to critically evaluate research published in major medical journals
●   Instruction in use of the IBM SPSS Statistics Software with public-use data.

The program will run from June 16 through July 1, 2025. Successful program completers will receive a Certificate and will be eligible for Research Team positions on projects that aim to publish full-length articles during Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.

There are no tuition costs or other fees for the program. Institutional resources are also provided at no cost, including readings in Canvas, Health Sciences Library materials, and the IBM SPSS Statistics Software. Students are responsible for acquiring the required textbook.
