The Gallup Engagement Survey will hit your inbox this year on Sept. 27 and will close on Oct. 8. This is the fifth consecutive year that we are taking the survey. We use this survey as a snapshot in time to gauge what people feel about their everyday experiences and interactions with their peers, supervisors, and the overall institution.
Our expectations are that team members take this survey and provide honest feedback so that our institution can have an accurate picture of where we are now and where we need to be. We also hope that teams use the survey results as a basis for meaningful conversations about what’s needed for them to be engaged.
