The Office of Wellness Services will be hosting an army-style workout led by Veteran, Jonathan Silk on Thursday, October 12 from 4:30-5:30pm on MET Lawn. This event is open to the public (NO membership required) and people of all levels of fitness are invited to participate in this fun workout!
