It’s almost Summer Enrollment time. This is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections (health, dental, vision, life insurances; short- and long-term disability; TexFlex flexible spending accounts).
Mark your calendar for the dates below and watch the mail for your personalized statement of coverage from ERS:
- UNTHSC | UNT System: July 5 – July 17
- Make your changes at ers.texas.gov; changes are effective Sept. 1, 2021.
To prepare for Summer Enrollment, remember to take these steps:
- Make sure your address is correct in the ERS system by logging in here.
- Never logged in to your ERS account portal? Register here before Summer Enrollment begins.
- Not making any changes to your benefits elections for the next plan year (Sept. 1, 2021 — Aug. 21, 2022)? No problem. Other than making sure your address is correct, you don’t need to do anything.
