Student Customer Service Training: November 30, 2:00-4:00 p.m. (PS)

The UNTHSC Career Center has collaborated with a representative team of Student Affairs and Human Resources staff to develop and implement a comprehensive Student Customer Service Training program called “Serve Others First: Enhancing the Customer Experience Through Values.” Students–whether you are currently employed part-time or full-time, or are just wanting to enhance your customer service skills for your future career–this training provides benefits for all aspiring professionals!

The curriculum is broken into four distinct modules that cover major tenets of customer service, while also integrating the UNTHSC Values into the discourse. The four modules are as follows:

* Introduction to Customer Service (Module I)
* Communication Essentials (Module II)
* Preventing and Diffusing Challenging Situations (Module III)
* Respect (Diversity) (Module IV)

This training will be held only once this semester, on 11/30/17 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in SSC 213, and will cover all four modules during the session. Student who complete this session will be designated as a “Customer Experience Champion!”
