Students–we are offering a one-time makeup session this semester for Student Customer Service Training. On Wednesday, November 30 from 2:00-3:30, we will present a condensed version of all four training modules for any student who may have missed all or part of the training program. The training will be held in the Student Service Center (SSC) second floor conference room (rm. 213).
This program, called ?Serve Others First: Enhancing the Customer Experience Through Values,? will cover the major tenets of customer service while also integrating the UNTHSC Values into the discourse. The four subject areas are as follows: ? Introduction to Customer Service ? Communication Essentials ? Preventing and Diffusing Challenging Situations ? Respect (Diversity)
