Student Assistant Position

The Division of Student Affairs is looking for several enthusiastic and detail oriented students to help with a short term project. Students will work directly with the Office of the Registrar and the Patient Navigator to transition immunization records from myRecordTracker into a new immunization system. This project is primarily data entry, but does require professional judgement to interpret immunization documentation.

Required Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, detail oriented, ability to sit for long periods of time, positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications: Work study eligible, prior knowledge of immunization requirements, enjoy working independently, ability to work 19 hours per week
Project Duration: 4-8 weeks
Available Hours per Week: 10-19
Schedule: Very Flexible. Can be any time 8am-5pm on Monday ? Friday.
Pay: $11 per hour
Start Date: Late March or Early April
