Her residency was in Moyo, Uganda, supervised by Thomas Graham, DVM, MPVM, PhD, President and CEO of Veterinarians Without Borders, Davis, California. Dr. Erin Carlson, Associate Professor, College of Nursing and Health Innovation at the University of Texas Arlington, and Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Health Management and Policy, School of Public Health, served as her Faculty Mentor (Major Professor).
