Dr. Stacey Griner is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Health. Her research focuses on using implementation science approaches and frameworks to translate evidence-based sexual and reproductive health guidelines and policies into clinical care. She was awarded the 2022 Young Investigator Award from the American Sexually Transmitted Diseases Association.
Dr. Griner will present an overview of her interdisciplinary scholarship focused on sexually transmitted infections, including:
– Acceptability of chlamydia and gonorrhea vaccines and innovative methods of screening
– Uptake of the human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV) in a community-based dental setting
– Translation of prenatal syphilis screening policies into clinical care
