Last fall, the Division of Academic Innovation launched HSC’s first Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) Collective where faculty and staff turned their jobs into their own research labs by forming four Communities of Practice (COPs). Now, they want to share their discoveries with you, why it matters and how you can join at the first SOTL Collective Unconference taking place from 1 to 4 p.m. on May 15 at EAD 255.
The Unconference is a dynamic, in-person event designed to showcase the power of collaborative, participant-driven learning. Unlike traditional conferences, this unconference format empowers attendees to engage in organic discussions, shape the agenda, and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing. Whether you’re new to unconferences or eager to explore this innovative approach, this event offers a unique opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and gain fresh insights alongside administrative colleagues and faculty.
