In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy degree in the School of Biomedical Sciences, Sal Essajee will present a research proposal seminar entitled “Delininating the Mechanisms of the Onset and Progression of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction and Understanding the Impact of Empagliflozin in a model of HFpEF” on August 15, 2023, at 9 am CST in EAD 719. A private defense with the advisory committee will immediately follow the seminar.
