Due to technical issues, the Event Management System (EMS) system will be down for additional days with hopes to to reopen on Wednesday, September 7th. You will be unable to enter new requests or view scheduled meetings or events during this time. You may contact the Room Scheduling Office at rooms@unthsc.edu with any questions, but please be aware that they will not have access or be able to assist in scheduling or viewing scheduled meetings/events. The door signs that display the meetings/events for rooms are also affected during this time.
