The EMS system will open to the campus on Monday, May 17th, for summer room requests (May–July). The process to schedule the Library’s small group rooms will remain the same and will be available through EMS on August 1st.
The rooms in EMS will be shown at 100% capacity. Physical distancing for spaces is the responsibility of the event user.
