Registration for the 3rd Annual Patient Safety Summit to be held on February 8th and 9th, 2018 at the Fort Worth Club in Fort Worth, TX is now open. The Summit is sponsored by the UNT HSC Institute for Patient Safety and will focus on the “Ethical Imperative of Highly Reliable and Safe Patient Care”. Topics will include leadership and ethics; safety culture; high reliability teams; health literacy; the impact of unconscious bias on quality of care; and much more. The Summit welcomes healthcare leaders and executives; medical and quality directors; policy makers; public health officials; community leaders; patients; and individuals interested in accelerating patient safety and quality of care.
