Part 1 (Sept. 17): Understanding Assessment in Health Science Education

This session focuses on the foundational principles of student learning assessment, with an emphasis on aligning course-level assessment practices with program and institutional goals. Participants will explore how to interpret and use student performance data to inform instruction and support ongoing improvement.

Part 2 (Oct. 15): Navigating Accreditation Expectations

This session provides an overview of the accreditation landscape in health science education, highlighting institutional standards, evidence requirements, and the faculty role in documenting and sustaining quality. Participants will learn strategies for aligning assessment efforts with accreditation expectations to ensure compliance and meaningful outcomes.
