Reduced Helpdesk Staff on campus

In an effort to keep the health and and safety of the staff at the forefront and reduce potential for exposure the ITS Helpdesk has reduced the onsite support to 1 person a day.

If you do not reach the Helpdesk via phone please submit a Samanage ticket and/or an email to helpdesk@unthsc.edu. These systems are being actively monitored.
