College Outreach and Engagement Contractor- 4 week contract with possibility of longer term.
This contract position is accountable for the execution of specific outreach and marketing initiatives with a focus on marketing the Recyclebank Instagram photo contest and encouraging students and community residents to sign up for Recyclebank (a free rewards program here in Fort Worth). The position also includes additional earning potential for signing up residents for Recyclebank that live in single family homes in Fort Worth.
Core responsibility is to promote the Recyclebank Instagram photo contest for the 4 week contest period. This includes posting flyers on campus, tabling during busy campus hours, posting flyers at surrounding businesses, visiting with on-campus groups and doing outreach in student housing. Post Instagram contest links on social media channels and websites, when possible.
Ideal candidate must be passionate about community outreach and have an active interest in recycling, and be a knowledgeable and a current user of social media channels ? Instagram user a must!
