Correction regarding hourly emergency leave code

Good afternoon,

Campus HR recently learned that our hourly employees should be using the time reporting code HPEMT when using COVID-19 related emergency leave in lieu of working remotely. We previously reported hourly employees should use the code HPEMG, which was incorrect. We apologize for this oversight. The correct time reporting code for hourly employees to use is HPEMT. Please double-check for this code when approving timesheets for your hourly employees so their pay is not delayed.

Regular salaried employees should continue using the code HPEMG in eLeave.
