The Parking Office sent this email to all team members on Aug. 21, 2019:
Team,
We want to provide an update on the online parking permit renewal and purchase process.
Since last week’s service interruption, the Parking Office has been working with the parking service vendor to reopen the portal as soon as possible. With the assistance of experts, we will thoroughly test the portal soon.
Our target is to reopen the portal early next week. Although parking permits expire on Aug. 31, the UNTHSC Police will allow a grace period of about two weeks for team members to bring their permit status up to date.
You will receive at least 24 hours’ advance notice, via email, before the portal reopens.
