Donald Watenpaugh, PhD, Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrative Physiology, will speak at Science on Tap the evening of Friday, July 19 at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. The event, called Moonwalk, will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.
During his talk, Watenpaugh will discuss various aspects of a moonwalk, including historical context, suit technology, environmental physiology, biomechanics, lessons learned and much more.
