OKR Development Workshops

OKRs help answer the question, “I know what is expected of me at work.”

Using OKRs is a management methodology that helps to ensure team members are focusing on the same things across the organization. The OKR Development Workshop discusses the mechanics in building effective objectives and key results using faculty and staff examples that tie into HSC’s strategic plan.

After this session participants will be able to:

  • Distinguish the difference between an action step, objective and a key result.
  • Identify ways to develop an effective OKR statement.
  • Develop targets that tie into existing key results.
  • Identify steps in managing OKRs and the Performance Check In process.

Faculty and staff are invited to attend one session, but please register online in Learn HSC by clicking on the hyperlink.
