Although some of you have provided this information during the onboarding process, please take this time to review and update your records to ensure accuracy.

To update Disability Status

Step 1: Access the EIS employee self-service portal: https://myhr.unt.edu

Step 2: Login using your EUID and password

Step 3: Verify that you are on the “Employee Self-Service” menu

Step 4: Click on the box “Personal Details”

Step 5: Click on the box “Disability”

Step 6: Read through the form and select one of the three boxes

Step 7: Click “Submit”

Step 8: Click “Okay” to confirm

To update Veteran Status

Step 1: Access the EIS employee self-service portal: https://myhr.unt.edu

Step 2: Login using your EUID and password

Step 3: Verify that you are on the “Employee Self-Service” menu

Step 4: Click on the box “Personal Details”

Step 5: Click on the box “Veteran Status”

Step 6: Read through the form and select one or more options that apply

Step 7: Click “Submit”

Step 8: Click “Okay” to confirm
