Non-Professional Conduct Forms
UNTHSC provides students with a campus environment that is conducive to academic endeavors and social and individual growth. To that end, UNTHSC has adopted policies to govern student behavior that are educational in nature and designed to help students understand expectations and accept responsibility for their own actions. To report non-professional behavior, please utilize the Non-Professional Conduct Report found at https://publicdocs.maxient.com/incidentreport.php?UnivofNorthTexasHSC. Once a report has been received, the Office of Student Affairs will meet with the student(s) to address the alleged misconduct.
