Supervisors are encouraged to attend “Navigating the Staff Evaluation” today from 10:00-11:00 am in EAD-719 (Please note room change). The session will cover the following objectives:
-Learn how to navigate the performance evaluation form
-Understand the expectations of each section of the performance evaluation
-Understand definitions and examples of ratings
-Increase awareness of types of rater bias
