Manager Minute – Managing Millennials in the workplace

Part of your role as a manager is to successfully lead your staff through each crisis as it comes. But another, not often mentioned role, is to adequately prepare your staff to regularly handle an influx of challenges. Without preparation, some could fall into depression, burnout, substance abuse, or a host of other problems, leaving a team that is ill-equipped to bounce back after each challenge.

Topics include:
• How stress affects our bodies and minds
• Methods to capitalize on using our “down time” as “recovery time”
• Learning about “cue sensitivity” and how we can always be in touch with our staff’s resiliency
