Mail Services Schedule – Please let us know your preference

As we begin a gradual return to campus, this is an update on Mail Services schedule for deliveries and pickups.

Since some departments continue to work remotely, it would be helpful to know how each department would like their mail handled. Mail Services wants to assist campus the best way possible during this time of transition.

Mail Services is now open five days a week from 8 am to 5 pm.

We have several options available for handling your mail:
–If you want to continue to pick up your mail, someone will be in the mail office on the first floor of the Everett building between noon and 2 p.m. every day.
–If you have a team member in the office every day, we can deliver and pick up mail daily.
–If there will be someone in your office only once a week, please ask them to contact us, and we will deliver the mail to them on the same day.

At present we are sending all checks and invoices (for departments that are not on campus) to the Finance Office on Seventh Street. When your department again has a team member working on campus and you want your checks and invoices sent to you, please let us know by emailing or calling us.
