Leadership Updates

Team,

I have two leadership updates to share that I believe will greatly benefit the University moving forward.

First, Jeanie Foster is now Vice President of Culture and Experience and will lead the Office of Culture and Experience (formerly the Office of Strategy and Performance). Jeanie joined HSC in 2009 and previously served as Vice President of Strategic Alignment overseeing HSC organizational strategy and the University’s 1115 Medicaid Waiver program.

In her new role, Jeanie will drive our values-based culture, developing data-driven and people-first strategies that enhance the HSC team member experience. She will oversee recognition and appreciation initiatives, new team member onboarding, organizational engagement and coaching. We know Jeanie will do a great job.

Also, I want to introduce James Meintjes who has joined our team as Vice President of Special Projects. James has more than 28 years of experience in financial service, including CFO, COO, and asset management roles. He spent the last 10 years as Executive Director at J.P. Morgan. James will serve as a strategic business advisor to me and senior leadership and work to enhance and expand HSC partnerships with non-profit, corporate and governmental entities.

Best,
Dr. Michael R. Williams, President
