Facilities is still experiencing last minute requests for event setups and moves. Because there are significant staffing shortages in Facilities, we are asking for advanced planning and more notice with work order submissions. Short notice requests require us to redirect limited resources, and reschedule planned work. Please provide us with appropriate notice so that we can serve more efficiently.
Please provide a minimum of seven days notice for small to medium sized event setups.
Large events require minimum two weeks notice.
Small moves require three weeks notice.
Medium to Large sized moves will require a minimum of two months.
