WHAT IT IS:
– An evidenced-based public education program that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental illnesses for adults.
– Builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention.
– Teaches participants how to offer initial help to a person experiencing a mental health or substance-use challenge.
Join and walk away with a 5 step action plan to help a person experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
*Two hours of self-paced pre-work required before instructor-led zoom class.
