Students–this is the chance this semester to take the Student Customer Service Training, all four modules!
The complete Student Customer Service Training program, “Serve Others First: Enhancing the Customer Experience Through Values” will be offered on Friday, April 28 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in SSC 213 (conference room). The four modules that will be presented in their entirety are as follows: ? Introduction to Customer Service (Module I) ? Communication Essentials (Module II) ? Preventing and Diffusing Challenging Situations (Module III) ? Respect (Diversity) (Module IV)
Those who participate in this session and pass the corresponding quizzes for all four modules will be awarded a certificate as ?Customer Experience Champion.?
