May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

The stress of the last year could cause suffering from headaches, tossing and turning in bed or worse, depression or anxiety. Healthy habits, like eating well, getting adequate sleep and taking up meditative exercise like yoga or nature walking, can better help us manage daily stress.
