International Services Office: OPT Workshop Series

OPT Workshop Series

Optional Practical Training or OPT is an employment benefit for international students that allows temporary employment, after completion of your academic program.  The employment must be directly related to your major field of study.

ISO will hold OPT Workshops Series. Workshops are highly encouraged.  Attending a workshop will help you understand the multi-step application process and the rules you need to follow while on OPT.  We recommend attending a workshop during the last year of your program so you’ll have plenty of time to apply.
