HSC’s Annual Conflict of Interest eDisclosure

HSC Faculty & Staff:

Dear Team,

Completing the Conflict of Interest disclosure form annually ensures the people of the State of Texas have complete confidence in the integrity of their public servants, who adhere to the highest ethical standards and principles of higher education staff and associated community members.

In order to fulfill this commitment, HSC requires all Employees including Students paid from sponsored grants complete the Annual Conflict of Interest eDisclosure process and certify that they have reviewed and are familiar with their responsibilities as described by policy and regulations.

The COI eDisclosure form will be available for completion starting September 1. Required individuals will receive an email on September 1 —along with instructions on how to access our COI eDisclosure system and complete the form online. The completion deadline is October 1, 2021.

Requirements by Roles:

  • HSC Employees – HSC Conflict of Interest eDisclosure Form.
  • Anyone engaged in research with HSC. In addition, all HSC personnel, including, but not limited to, administrators, faculty, staff, post-doctoral fellows, students, interns, residents, collaborators, subcontractors or consultants whose institutional responsibilities include the design, conduct or reporting of Research, funded, unfunded or proposed for funding – Research Conflict of Interest Training and HSC Conflict of Interest eDisclosure Form.
