The Objective & Key Result (OKR) planning period opens on August 3rd.
Between August 3-31, employees and supervisors should meet to discuss and develop the OKR Plan for the next fiscal year. Employees enter their final and approved OKR Plan into PeopleAdmin (Staff) and Interfolio (Faculty) by August 31.
Learn how to use the PeopleAdmin Performance Management tool to complete the steps of the HSC Staff Performance Management process for Fiscal Year 2021 including OKR’s, approvals and check-ins.
