HSC Operations Annual Customer Service Survey

The Office of Operations and Business Management would like your thoughts about the quality of service of its departments and service areas, including Culture & Experience, Emergency Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, and the HSC Police.  Your answers to this short survey will be anonymous and the feedback will help us improve the quality of service provided to you and to identify and address areas of improvement.  Your insights and feedback are instrumental in ensuring we provide timely and high-quality customer service.

The Customer Service Satisfaction Survey will remain open until May 24.

Feedback from the 2023 survey resulted in changes including the creation of the Active Threat Response Training, adjustments to the Red Alert message process to improve timing of information distributed, and the creation of new processes that will soon be available on the HSC Connect webpage for the Office of Operations and Business Management.
